Annual General Meeting (AGM) & Board Nominations

 
The AGM that was scheduled on May 3rd has been postponed to July 7th from 8:30am to 10:30am. It will be at the Rodd Royalty in Charlottetown and the breakfast will be offered by the ECDA.
As you know, the AGM is also the time to put forth any resolutions to the Board for consideration and to nominatee new Board Members.  This year we have an opening for "Secretary" so it is the time to put your vote in for your choice.  Currently, we have Crystal Affleck acting as the in-term Secretary.
