Next step to secure your program funding:
Students accepted into the funded Early Childhood Certificate Training Program at Holland College must secure their funding by completing and submitting the following three pieces of documentation to the ECDA office by the October 5th deadline:
 
Student Agreement Contract
LMA Intake Form
Client Consent and Access to Career, Employment and Youth Services Form

SKILLS PEI PROGRAM: Early Childhood Assistant Certificate Training Program
NAME OF PROJECT/EMPLOYER: Your place of employment
TRAINING COURSE/POSITION: Your position at your place of employment
DATES OF PROGRAM: Start: October 2012 End: March 2014

La prochaine étape pour vous assurer de recevoir le financement:

Les étudiants et étudiantes acceptés dans le programme financé de Certification en Services à l'enfance du Collège Acadie doivent compléter et soumettre les 3 documents qui suit au bureau de l'Association pour le Développement de la Petite Enfance d'ici le 5 Octobre afin de s'assurer d'obtenir le financement.

Consentement du client et accès aux services de carrière et d’emploi, et aux services à la jeunesse
