- Create and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore and express themselves.
- Observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas of strength and areas that require additional support or intervention.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication, sharing updates on children's development.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
- Valid Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification, Level 3.
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education and Early Learning Child Care Act Regulations.
- First Aid and CPR certification required.
- CRC/VSC required.
