Early Childhood Educators are the cornerstone to early childhood development and education. They are experts in early childhood education, child development, and program planning/implementation. The Early Childhood Development Association believes in partnering with educators to inspire positive outcomes and healthy child development for PEI's youngest children.
The ECDA works with Early Childhood Educators to provide them with the resources, professional development, support, and the collaborative voice needed to deliver high quality early learning and child care services and programs.
Membership with the ECDA is open to any person involved or interested in early childhood development and helping Prince Edward Island families make the early years count. With your ECDA membership, you will gain invaluable benefits, including access to an extensive bank of resources on this website. To access these resources, log in with your membership information through the link above.
There are many non-member resources available through our website, including a calendar of upcoming professional development activties and other events, a list of career opportunities currently listed within PEI's ELCC system, public resources on child development and more! We invite you to browse through our site. If you are not yet a member, you can learn more about why you should join us at the link above!
